Step into a transformational mind, body, and audio experience where conscious breath meets the transcendent power of live music.

March and Mavica have been closely working together and exploring how breathwork and music can complement each other to create meaningful experiences. They've been recording sessions that pair specific breath patterns with supportive soundscapes, learning how rhythm and melody can enhance the journey of the breath. For this special event, they're excited to bring this collaboration to life into a live setting for the first time—creating something in the moment that can only happen when we're all in the room together.

This carefully crafted journey is designed to:

  • Release accumulated tension and stress

  • Create profound states of presence

  • Reset your system

  • Cultivate deep states of inner connection

The combination of breathwork and sound creates a powerful alchemy – the breath opens pathways within, while the music carries you deeper into states of receptivity and release. Many participants describe experiences of heightened awareness, emotional catharsis, and a sense of connection that extends beyond the ordinary.

What to Expect

You will be shown the power of your breath as a vehicle for healing. We will practice soothing techniques to ground us and deeper healing modalities like Tummo and Conscious Connected Breathwork which offers an effective approach to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness - clearing emotional blockages from our system and becoming the catalyst for heightened consciousness and deep insights.
