On this two-hour journey, Tildy and March will guide you through Qi Gong flows and conscious breathing practices to let go of what no longer serves you and open your heart. This workshop is thoughtfully crafted to be accessible for beginners, while also offering depth for experienced practitioners.
What to Expect
QI GONG
Qi Gong is an Ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, breath, intention and imagination to bring you home to your body and help you to re-feel qualities of aliveness (Qi).
In this workshop, we will practice and play the Tai Li Fa- The Big Regulation.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork uses the power of each breath as a vehicle for healing. It allows us to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness, clearing emotional blockages from our system and becoming the catalyst for heightened consciousness.
In this workshop, we will first practice soothing techniques to ground us. Then, we will move on to deeper healing modalities like Tummo and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
What are the benefits of this?
+ Clearing the emotional body
‘Letting go of baggage’ and ‘weight’ weight that you feel you might be carrying around, releasing stress and tension. In doing so, leaving you feeling lighter and with a clear mind.
+ Embodiment
‘Dropping into the body” and quietening the mind, leaving you feeling more connected to yourself.
+ Insights and memories
Breaking free from negative thought patterns or perspectives, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered.
