One-Off Group Sessions

30 minute group sessions are designed to introduce your employees to the tangible benefits of breathwork.

They will leave with tools to manage and improve stress levels, sleep quality, anxiety, energy levels, productivity and so much more.

Regular Group Sessions

Designed to meet a particular objective; whether that be for stress regulation, confidence building, team building, productivity and focus, energy levels, sleep quality, combatting nerves and anxiety.

I strongly believe in the efficacy of a consistent practice and its’ ability to create long-lasting change. I work with companies on a regular basis and the timings vary depending on their requirements. We can adjust this to fit your schedule.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

Your breath is like a finger print. Everyone’s breathing pattern is completely unique. So depending on the requirements of your staff, the breathwork techniques we use will be carefully determined by their needs. I work with individual clients on a regular basis with carefully curated programmes to meet their individual requirements.

This is a specialist breathwork app with a variety of carefully curated classes for your every day use.
